This is tool for assessing the sustainability of infrastructure
projects which
recognises poverty reduction as an overarching objective.

On 14th September 2009 we released version 1.1 of ASPIRE. This is a program we developed for
Oasys, Arup, and Engineers Against Poverty.
ASPIRE – A Sustainability
Poverty and Infrastructure Routine for Evaluation - is an integrated
planning, monitoring and evaluation model for assessing the sustainability
and poverty reduction performance of infrastructure projects in developing
countries.
